«Sisters» (Odessa) — «Vorskla» (Poltava) — 0:3 (0:2)

Goals: Kalinina (12), Voronina (13), Kumeda (63).

Thus, in the semifinals of the Cup of Ukraine for Women will play «Vorskla» (Poltava), «Polesia» (Zhytomyr), «Metalist 1925» (Kharkiv) and «Kolos» (Kovalivka). The semifinals and final will take place in 2026.
