In March, our youth team conducts a training camp in Turkey. During this camp, the blue-and-yellow will play two friendly matches against their peers: on the 21st with Slovenia and on the 25th with Poland.

It should be noted that from March 12 to 16, Una Melgarejo along with 10 of his players participated in a camp for the national team of Ukraine, which was preparing for the League of Nations playoff matches against Belgium.

"Results are always important, but they are only part of the process. I know our responsibility, so we strive to win. However, what is most important for me — is the progress of the players. I evaluate them not just by one match, but by their long-term development. For example, if you compare how they played at the beginning of 2023 and how they look now, this is the main indicator for me," — noted the head coach of Ukraine's youth team Una Melgarejo.

The live broadcast of today's match between Ukraine and Slovenia in the city of Belek is scheduled on the YouTube channel of the Ukrainian Football Association (start at 6 PM Kyiv time).
