Tuesday, March 11 in Murcia, Spain, the Ukrainian WU-17 girls' team continued their participation in the second qualifying round for Euro-2025 in Group A.

The blue-and-yellow team started with a loss to Spain — 1:2. Now, however, the Ukrainian girls met their Belgian counterparts at the Pinatar Arena in Murcia.

Their opponents quickly took the lead but remained behind after the first half. However, with numerical superiority, our girls failed to capitalize on their opportunities. Instead, in the second half, the Belgians scored again, and ultimately the blue-and-yellow team conceded — 0:2.

The final match of the second qualifying round will see the protégées of Lyudmila Lemesko face Iceland's team on March 14. Only a victory can secure our girls' place in Group A.
