Coaches from all age categories, administrators, and managers gathered at the Football House to discuss key aspects of team operations and further develop a shared philosophy. The meeting will last two days, allowing for a deeper examination of important strategic issues. One of the central topics was the formation of an updated unified vertical structure for national teams, which includes clear organization principles for player preparation and their integration into the country's main team. Ukraine’s youth and junior national team coordinator, Ounaï Melingosa, who led the meeting, emphasized the importance of coordinated work by representatives from all levels of national teams to ensure a gradual and qualitative transition of players between categories.

The meeting also addressed the issue of forming a unified philosophy for national teams, organizing training camps, developing scouting, and systematizing requirements for players. The new scouting department will focus not only on finding talented footballers in Ukraine but also beyond its borders, significantly expanding the potential talent pool for national teams. During discussions, it was highlighted that systematizing player requirements would facilitate easier transitions between age categories and accelerate adaptation to the national team.
