UEFA has published the calendar for European club tournaments in 2025. The next season will start on June 17 with the draw of the first qualifying rounds of the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League. The winner of the Ukrainian Cup or the silver medalist from the UPL will make their debut in the Europa League at that time. The first matches for our representative in Europe are scheduled for July 10 and 17.

In total, four clubs will represent Ukraine in European competitions.

The winner of the Vbet League will receive a ticket to the second qualifying round of the Champions League. To reach the group stage of the CL — three stages; if unsuccessful, our champion will drop into the Europa League. 

One club will represent Ukraine in the Europa League — in the first qualifying round. This right goes to either the cup winner or the silver medalist from the UPL. In case of failure in the Europa League qualification, they automatically move to the Conference League, but only reach the group stage if they manage to beat three opponents.

In the basic register of the Conference League, the country will have two delegates. The second team from the UPL (or third, depending on the situation in the Vbet Cup) and the third (or fourth) will start in the second qualifying round. Therefore, our clubs need to overcome three opponents to reach the main grid of the CL.

We add that in all group stages of the three European competitions, 36 clubs will participate again.

Champions League

The UPL champion starts in the second qualifying round.

Draw — June 18, matches — July 22/23 and 29/30.

Europa League

The Ukrainian Cup winner (second team from the UPL) starts in the first qualifying round.

Draw — June 17, matches — July 10 and 17.

Conference League

The second (third) team from the UPL starts in the second qualifying round.

Draw — June 18, matches — July 24 and 31.

The third (fourth) team from the UPL starts in the second qualifying round.
