Olympics-2024. Today, the Ukraine national football team will play a decisive group stage match against the Argentina national team

Today, July 30, the Ukrainian Olympic team will play its third match in the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics against a South American representative, Argentina's team.
The match will start at 18:00 Kyiv time in Lyon. The live broadcast will be on local TV channels "Society" and also on the channel and website of "Society Sport".

"These 48 hours after the match with Morocco, we dedicated to restoring our boys. Because the team was not only physically exhausted but also mentally drained. On Tuesday, there will be a tough game as we need to emotionally work on defense. It's important for us to play calmly and control the ball. We must consider weather conditions too, because it will be even hotter tomorrow than today. The main thing is what I tell my players: don't look at the strength of the opponent but focus on our own game and progress," said head coach of the Ukrainian Olympic team Ruslan Rotan.

To advance to the quarter-finals, Ukraine's team needs a win or a draw with at least as many goals scored as in the parallel match between Morocco and Iraq. According to updated information from organizers, after two rounds, Ruslan Rotan's team is holding second place rather than third in Group V.

It should be noted that the international refereeing team, led by a Moroccan official Dahane Baida, will officiate at the match between Ukraine and Argentina.
