The executive committee of the UAF approved the schedule and regulations for the 2024/2025 season for the UPL and PFL

During the UAF ExCo meeting held on July 10, among other issues, matters related to competitions in the UPL and PFL were also considered.

After hearing presentations from the UPL President Yevgen Diky and the PFL President Oleksandr Kadenko, the executive committee approved the results of the 2023/2024 season in the UPL and among U-19 teams of UPL clubs, as well as among PFL club teams.

The executive committee also approved the schedule for each professional league. The first matches of the 2024/2025 season in the UPL will take place on August 3rd, and in the first and second leagues of the PFL — on August 3rd and 4th.

During the discussion of the Regulations for the Ukrainian Premier League season 2024/2025, one of the key issues was the possibility of rescheduling matches.

Based on a proposal by the head coach of the national team Serhiy Rebrov, taking into account the conduct of the championship under conditions of martial law, it was decided that the National Teams Committee of the UAF may, if necessary, approach the UPL Directorate with a request to reschedule specific matches to a reserve date.
