Today, on June 13, a presentation of a new stamp by Ukrposhta dedicated to the national football team's participation in EURO 2024 — "Go, Ukraine!" took place in Wiesbaden, Germany.
The special cancellation ceremony was attended by Ukrposhta CEO Ihor Smilianskyi, head coach of the Ukraine national football team Serhiy Rebrov, and the Consul General of Ukraine in Frankfurt Vadym Kostyuk.
In just a few days, the Ukraine national football team will play its first match at EURO 2024, and for a whole month, football fever will grip the entire country. Ukrposhta, always supportive of significant events in the country's life, has joined the ranks of football fans and, together with the Ukrainian Association of Football, presented the stamp "Go, Ukraine!" The postage stamp features circular perforation and depicts a football with the Ukrainian Association of Football's logo. It is printed on self-adhesive paper in booklet format, making it convenient for both collecting and usage.

"Since the beginning of 2001, Ukrposhta has issued over 30 stamps with a football theme, and during EURO 2012, it became an official UEFA licensee. This time, we also couldn't stay away and, together with our national team and with the support of the Ukrainian Association of Football, we are presenting the 'Go, Ukraine!' stamp," said Ukrposhta CEO Ihor Smilianskyi. "Football always holds an honorable place in the hearts of many Ukrainians, including my own. By issuing this stamp, we not only want to support our boys but also invite everyone to cheer for the Ukraine national football team at EURO 2024 together with Ukrposhta."
The main goal of issuing the "Go, Ukraine!" stamp is not only to support the national football team at EURO 2024 but also to create a symbol of solidarity and patriotism that unites all Ukrainians around a common goal.

"For the Ukraine national team, it is extremely important to feel the support of the fans. The main postal service of Ukraine, with the support of the Ukrainian Association of Football, has released a stamp that symbolizes the unity of the whole country around football. Even in such difficult times for Ukraine, it is important to remain a united nation, preserve and enhance our traditions, and continue to support the national team. I am confident that this stamp will be popular among collectors and will make a great souvenir for fans," said Ukraine national team head coach Serhiy Rebrov.
The print run of the "Go, Ukraine!" stamp is 560,000 copies. The stamp's denomination is U (equivalent to the rate for sending domestic simple letters without declared value weighing up to 50 grams and postal cards, equivalent to 15.00 UAH). The postage stamp can be purchased online in the Postal Market and at Ukrposhta branches.
