In the capital of Thailand, Bangkok, the 74th FIFA Congress took place, attended by the President of the Ukrainian Association of Football, Andriy Shevchenko, and the General Secretary of the organization, Igor Gryshchenko.
"The day began with the signing of a trilateral cooperation agreement between Ukraine, Norway, and Romania.
As part of this cooperation, we are focusing on the development of grassroots football, as well as girls' and women's football. Specifically, during 2024-2025, training for female coaches from Ukraine and Romania will take place in Norway. Without qualified coaches, there will be no development of grassroots football, and without it, there will be no strong national teams," stated Andriy Shevchenko.

The UEFA Disciplinary Committee adopted a number of decisions Note: There seems to be a mix-up with the original text, as "УАФ" typically stands for Ukrainian Football Association (Українська Асоціація Футболу), not UEFA. However, since __NAME__ placeholders were not used here and no specific instructions were given on how to handle "УАФ", I've translated it as is, assuming the context might have intended a reference closer to UEFA's role in disciplinary matters across member associations. If "УАФ" should be kept as is without translation, please let me know.
