Serhiy Rebrov's protégés continue preparing for March matches. The newcomer to the Ukraine national team, Volodymyr Brazyko, shared his impressions of the training process.
"The acclimatization is going well; the guys are supportive. There was a practice match which adds some understanding. Compared to the youth team, the style and formation are the same, but everything is much faster, everyone works with the ball much better. Of course, it's harder, but you have to get used to this level and be worthy of representing your country on it."
"Of course, we're tired after the practice match because we played three 25-minute halves, high intensity. There was a recovery day today, there will be another tomorrow. I hope I'll recover well and feel good. Who did you find harder to play against? Everyone!
We haven't analyzed the Bosnians yet. All the guys are coming in, and we'll look at it then. The opponents have a strong team, but we need to focus on ourselves rather than them, show our game, our style," — Volodymyr Brazyko believes.
As a reminder, the Euro 2024 playoff semifinal match Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Ukraine will take place on March 21 in Zenica and start at 8:45 PM local time (9:45 PM Kyiv time).
