The ceremony in the Swiss city of Nyon, which will begin at 12:00 PM Kyiv time on December 8th, will determine the group compositions for both leagues and hosts of mini-tournaments. This is reported by the official UEFA website.

In the second qualifying round, seven national teams will join Lithuania in the final stage of the European Championship among women's under-19 teams, as well as teams moving from one league to another. The seeding for the draw in the second round will be determined by the positions that the teams held at the end of the first round.

In League A, 28 teams will compete in seven groups, including seven teams that advanced from League B based on their results in the first round. The seven group winners in the second round of League A will qualify for the final stage, which will take place from July 15th to 27th, 2024. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the first round of the 2024/2025 season in League B.

In League B, 23 teams will compete in six groups (five with four participants each and one with three) for spots in the first round of League A in the next cycle. Lithuania will also participate in League B, although their place in the final is secured as hosts.

As a reminder, Ukraine's women's youth national team secured first place in their Group V4 during the first round and will play in League A next spring.

Pot 1 (group winners): Spain, Netherlands, Austria, England, France, Serbia, Germany.

Pot 2 (second-placed teams in groups): Finland. Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland.

Pot 3 (third-placed teams in groups): Poland, Belarus, Norway, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Hungary.

Pot 4 (promoted from League B): Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Ukraine, Croatia, Slovakia, Romania.

League B

Pot 1: Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Turkey, Montenegro, Israel.

Pot 2: Faroe Islands, Estonia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Bulgaria.

Pot 3: Latvia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Armenia, Cyprus, Gibraltar.
