The Ukrainian U-19 national team (players born in or after 2005) will participate in the Seoul Cup international tournament to be held in the capital of South Korea.

The blue-and-yellow team will take part in the tournament as part of their preparation for the Euro-2024 (U-19) qualification. In addition to Oleg Kuznetsov's wards, teams from South Korea, Morocco, and Vietnam are also scheduled to participate. The tournament will be held on a round-robin basis — each participant will play against every other team. Matches are planned for October 10–15.

From November 15 to 21, the Ukrainian U-19 national team (players born in or after 2005) will play in the Euro-2024 (U-19) qualification round. Based on the draw, the blue-and-yellow team will face teams from Slovakia, Kosovo, and Malta (home team).

Winners of the top two spots in each qualifying group and the best third-place finisher based on results against the first and second teams will join Portugal in the elite round of qualification.

The Northern Ireland national team, as hosts, has secured a direct entry to the final stage, which will take place in summer 2024.
