The Ukrainian U-18/19 national team (players born in or after 2005) will participate in the Seoul Cup international tournament, which will take place in the capital of South Korea.

The blue-and-yellow team will take part in the tournament as part of their preparation for the Euro-2024 (U-19) qualifiers. Along with Oleh Kuznetsov's wards, teams from South Korea, Morocco, and Vietnam are also scheduled to compete. The tournament will be held in a round-robin format – each participant will play against every other team. It is planned for October 11–15.

And from November 15 to 21, the Ukrainian U-18/19 national team (players born in or after 2005) will play in the Euro-2024 (U-19) qualifying round. Based on the results of the draw, the blue-and-yellow team will face teams from Slovakia, Kosovo, and Malta (home team).

The winners of the top two spots in each qualifying group and the best third-place finisher based on results against the first and second teams will join Portugal in the elite round of qualification.

The Northern Ireland national team secured a direct entry to the final stage as hosts, which will take place in summer 2024.
