President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, informing about the visit of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to Kyiv and our country's entry into the Board of Governors of the IAEA.

"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!

A powerful international day today. Meetings and talks with partners. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg was in Kyiv — fruitful discussions. Not just about our defense now, but also about our strategic defense, the common defense of all in Europe.

Ukraine deserves to become a member of NATO — and it will. Definitely. And this is not just our Ukrainian ambition. This is the only viable security perspective for Europe that guarantees real lasting peace.

We are working on practical progress regarding membership in the Alliance.

Today we also discussed work within our Ukraine-NATO Council format. What we can do using this format. A good meeting.

I held talks today with the French Minister of Defense. And yesterday — with the British Minister of Defense. Key partners. Very important cooperation that already exists and even more important, which we can achieve.

We also talked about strengthening our soldiers and the overall strategy of our victory in the war. We are working on joint production of necessary weapons for us — necessary both for Ukraine and our partners.

I thank France, I thank Great Britain and all our partners — every leader, every country that stands with us against Russian terror and is bringing about the peace we need.

There are results at the IAEA site as well — Ukraine has joined the Board of Governors of this organization. An international agency for atomic energy. And this not only underscores our international security role but also gives real opportunities to Ukraine to influence decisions that are mandatory for all IAEA members, for the entire international community.

We will do everything to implement the first point of our Peace Formula — nuclear and radiation safety. And guarantee full liberation of our Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant from Russian occupiers and ensuring Ukraine and all of Europe from Russian radioactive blackmail.

We are preparing for this and next week to bring more results for our international work, for strengthening Ukraine. I held several relevant meetings today, including an important meeting with intelligence leaders. Results will come.

And the front. Kupyansk direction, Lyman, Bakhmut, Marinka, Avdiivka, Shakhtarsk, our southern directions. I thank all of you for your strength! I thank each and every one who is now in battle, on combat posts, on combat missions!

We are working so that you have more weapons, stronger and effective weapons! Our Ukrainian weapons! And this will be.

Glory to you, warriors!

Glory to Ukraine!"
