President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the combat achievements of our pilots and engineers of the air force, mobile artillery groups soldiers, and anti-aircraft troops as well as the work of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

"I wish health to all Ukrainians!

Today I want to thank everyone.

All those who protect our country's skies. Our pilots and engineers of the air force, soldiers of mobile artillery groups, all our anti-aircraft troops. Thank you for constantly increasing the number of downed Russian rockets and drones, thus saving lives and infrastructure. Thank you, warriors!

And everyone who is now on the front line. Every brigade. From Kupyansk to Left Bank Kherson, from Bakhmut direction to every Ukrainian position at zero on the south of our country. I thank you for your strength, boys!

Today especially I want to highlight those who are gradually returning Ukraine its own in the Bakhmut area. The 80th Separate Mechanized Brigade, the 5th Independent Assault Brigade, the glorious 95th and the Combined Assault Brigade of the National Police "Lut." Klitchivka! Well done!

Today Ukraine celebrates Rescue Worker's Day. And on Friday, the day before, I had the honor to personally thank the employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and all those whose hearts simply feel that there is no other way, that one must care for others, help others when it depends on their lives. Today I want to thank not only all our rescue workers but also all families — mothers and fathers of boys and girls, men and women who work in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Thank you for raising your children exactly this way — to save others, to make our society stronger and more humane. Thank you!

Today too — and it is a very symbolic coincidence — our country celebrates Adoption Day. This is certainly one of the most honorable missions in life — to help a child avoid an orphan's fate. To all who do this for children, to all who spread the warmth of their families so that there are fewer lonely souls in this world — thank you!

As a country, we must reach a point where every child in our country, everyone who has been deprived of parental care, finds their own family — their own home.

Orphanages should not be about Ukraine. I thank all those who work towards this!

Glory to every one and every woman who helps our people and the entire country become stronger!

And we are preparing new defensive solutions for Ukraine. Field artillery and anti-aircraft systems — priority.

Glory to Ukraine!"
