President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the Military Cabinet in a special session and about Denmark's largest defense package during the full-scale war.

"I wish health to all Ukrainians!

Daily report.

First — the law on electronic declaration. As soon as today morning the law was voted in the Verkhovna Rada, I signed a veto.

I am waiting for new voting — with a positive outcome regarding immediate opening of the declarations registry. This decision should be made by September.

And as regards the draft law on PEPs — politically significant persons.

This is not only a matter of parliamentary responsibility, but also our negotiations with the EU regarding accession.

A new historic step between Ukraine and the EU will take place this year, and all branches of state power in Ukraine must be ready for it.

Today I chaired a special session of the Military Cabinet.

We only spoke about what is happening on the front now and what we expect in the near future. Strengthening our brigades, domestic production of weapons and ammunition in Ukraine and supply from our partners. Important intelligence briefings. We clearly see what the occupiers are really preparing for and accordingly, what our soldiers must be ready for.

Denmark's significant decision today — the largest defense package since the full-scale war began and already the 12th one. The amount of this new package is over $800 million. In terms of content, exactly what we agreed with Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and her government team. Good reinforcement, thank you for it!

Today I had a very productive meeting with students from universities in the Netherlands. This was a broad format — several universities. Quite political were the questions. Really good attention to Ukraine, to our fight for freedom. And great hope that we will return peace to all of our land, to all of our people without exception. I am grateful to the Netherlands — and society, and the political community, and you personally, Mark, Prime Minister, for such sincere support for Ukraine and faith in Ukraine, in our people.

And, of course, our soldiers.

Today is a day to thank all the soldiers of our 95th Separate Assault Brigade. Third Shock — well done, boys! United Shock Brigade of the National Police "Rage" — thank you! All three brigades distinguished themselves in battles on the Bakhmut axis. Important successful actions.

46th Separate Airborne and 47th Separate Mechanized Brigades — thank you for your forward movement, soldiers! 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade and 79th Separate Assault Brigade — thank you for the extraordinary defense of our positions!

And I especially want to highlight today's special units of the SBU who are performing tasks in the Klitschivka area and other extremely hot spots. Thank you, boys!

Glory to Ukraine!»
