Group 1: Positions from 1st to 6th — will determine the champion, prize winners of the Premier League, and two teams participating in the Women's UEFA Champions League-2024/2025.

Group 2: Positions from 7th to 12th — will determine the teams remaining in the Premier League.

The team that finishes in 12th place at the end of the Ukrainian Women's Championship Premier League season-2023/2024 will move down to the First League. Teams finishing in 10th and 11th places will play two relegation matches (home and away) against teams finishing third and second, respectively, in the First League.
