Tournament table and top scorers
In the first stage 12 teams will play a single round-robin. The sports results achieved in the first stage will be preserved.
Based on the results of the first stage, two groups of six teams each will be formed depending on their positions in the tournament table to play two more rounds (home and away) according to the approved schedule.
Group 1: positions from 1st to 6th — will determine the champion, prize winners of the Premier League, and two teams that will participate in the UEFA Women's Champions League-2024/2025.
Group 2: positions from 7th to 12th — will determine the teams that remain in the Premier League.
The team that finishes in 12th place at the end of the Ukrainian Women's Premier League for the 2023/2024 season will be relegated to the First League. The teams finishing in 10th and 11th places will play two relegation matches (home and away) against the third- and second-placed teams in the First League, respectively.
