Glory to Ukraine! The four hundred eighty-sixth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun.

Russian oppressors launched a missile strike on Ukrainian territory with cruise missiles from strategic bombers Tu-95ms, Tu-22m3, sea-based "Kalibr" and attack drones Shahed-136/131.

Ten strategic aircraft of Russian terrorists carried out launches of 40 cruise missiles Kh-101/Kh-555 from the Caspian Sea.

Eight bombers Tu-22m3 delivered strikes with nine Kh-22 missiles from the north, south and east directions. From the Black Sea waters, occupiers launched two sea-based "Kalibr" cruise missiles. With drones Shahed-136/131, the enemy attacked from the south.

All 40 cruise missiles Kh-101/Kh-555, one Kalibr missile and two attack drones Shahed-136/131 were shot down by air defense forces and means.

To repel the aerial attack, anti-aircraft missile units, aviation, mobile fire groups of air command "Center", "South" and "East" of the Air Force of Ukraine were engaged. Russian terrorists aimed the Kh-22 missiles towards Dnipro and Kryvyi Rih.

During the past day, the enemy carried out a missile-air strike on Ukrainian territory using 14 cruise missiles Kh-101/Kh-555, three Shahed drones and four air defense guided missiles from S-300 against Zaporizhzhia.

Air defense forces and means destroyed 14 missiles and two drones. A Russian attack helicopter Ka-52 was also destroyed along with seven reconnaissance UAVs.

In addition, the enemy carried out 51 air strikes and conducted 59 shelling operations using multiple rocket launch systems. Unfortunately, civilians were among those affected.

The likelihood of missile and aerial attacks on all territories of Ukraine remains high.

The enemy is concentrating its main efforts in the Lyman, Avdiivka and Mariupol directions — over 28 combat encounters took place during the day.

On the Volynian and Polissian fronts, the operational situation remains unchanged.

On the Northern and Slobozhanskyi fronts, the enemy carried out an aerial strike in the areas of Pavlivka, Sumy region, and Gatyshche and Plytenivka, Kharkiv region. Conducted mortar and artillery shelling of populated areas of Karpovychi, Kharabany, Mykhailchyna Slobozhanskyi, Chernihiv region; Seredina-Buda, Shaligine, Popivka, Atinskye, Iskryskivshchina, Volvino, Pavlivka, Stukalyvka, Obodi, Kyndratovka Sumy region, as well as Gury Kovachok, Udi, Veterinarnoye, Kozacha Lopan', Strilechya, Oleinikove, Neskuchnoye, Ogirevo, Gatyshche, Vovchan'skyi, Nesternivka Kharkiv region.

On the Kupyansk front, artillery and mortar shelling by the enemy affected Krasne Perechne, Figolivka, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kupyansk, Masutyvka, Kislivka and Berestove Kharkiv region.

On the Lyman front, the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions towards Veseloye and south of Dibrova. Carried out aerial strikes in the areas of Nevske, Luhansk region, and Bihorivka and Severna Donetsk region. Artillery shelling affected Nevske and Bihorivka Luhansk region as well as Torske, Seriyebryanka, Verkhnyokamyans'ke, Spirne and Rozdolyvka — Donetsk.

On the Bakhmut front, the enemy carried out aerial strikes in the areas of Khromove, Ivanivske, Pervomaiskoye and Predtechyne. Areas affected by enemy artillery shelling include Vasyl'kyvka, Orhovo-Vasyl'ivka, Bogdanivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Pivdenne and New York Donetsk region.

On the Avdiyivka front, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Avdiyivka Donetsk region. Carried out aerial strikes in the areas of Novokalynovoye, Ocheretinoye, Nevelskoye, Avdiyivka and Severnoye. Conducted artillery shelling of populated areas Berdychi, Avdiyivka, Tonents'ke, Karlivka and Nevelskoe Donetsk region.

On the Mariupol front, the enemy conducted offensive actions in the area of Mariupol, without success. At the same time, he carried out artillery shelling of populated areas Krasnogorivka, Mariupol and Georgiyevka Donetsk region.

On the Shakhtarsk front, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions towards Vuhledar and Zolotaya Niva. Carried out aerial strikes in the areas of Zolotaya Niva, Storozhovo, Makarivka and Blagodatnoye Donetsk region. Conducted shelling of populated areas Paraskevivka, Novomikhaylivka, Blagodatne, Volyne Pole, Zelenoye Pole, Novopil, Vodyane, Vuhledar and Storozhovo in Donets.

On the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts, the enemy continues to conduct defensive actions, concentrating its main efforts on preventing our troops from advancing. He attempted to restore lost positions near Makarivka Donetsk region. Carried out aerial strikes in the areas of populated places Novodanilovka, Orikhiv, Stepnogirsk Zaporizhzhia region and Veselo, Kozatske and Antonivka Kherson region. Conducted artillery shelling of populated areas Novodarivka, Temirovka, Levadne, Malinivka, Hulyaypole, Hulyaipilske, Charivne, Zaliznychnoye, Bilyhorya, Novodanilovka, Omelynik, Chervona Krinitsa, Preobrazhenka, Orikhiv, Yegorivka, Novoandriyivka, Stepole and Pyatihatky Zaporizhzhia region; Prydniprovskoye, Nikopol Dnipropetrovsk region; Kachkarivka, Respublyanets, Kozatske, Shlyakhove, Burgunka, Zolota Balka, Dudchany, Ivanivka, Molodyzhne, Bilyzberka, Romashkove, Antonivka, Zelenivka, Kherson, Zimyvnik, Dniprovskoye, Yantarnoye, Berehovoye and Veletsenske Kherson region.

Aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 13 strikes on areas where enemy personnel are concentrated over the past day.

Units of rocket troops and artillery during the past day hit four areas where enemy personnel and military equipment are concentrated, 15 artillery units at firing positions, two electronic warfare means and five air defense means.

Over the past day, units of Ukraine's Defense Forces destroyed 580 Russian occupiers, seven tanks, six armored combat vehicles, 30 artillery systems, two MLRS, four air defense means, one enemy helicopter, 13 UAVs at operational-tactical level, 23 vehicles and three pieces of special equipment.
