President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about preparations for the London conference on restoring Ukraine and communication with partners regarding Russian missile production.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

Just spoke with President of Poland Andrzej Duda — a one-hour conversation, mainly security issues. The situation on the battlefield now, weapons for our soldiers, ammunition. Thanked him for fulfilling previous defense agreements.

Of course, in every conversation we pay significant attention to long-term security and peace guarantees, not just for us. And always effectively.

Poland realistically perceives the need for Ukraine's NATO membership. This is an objective need. We will work together on a specific content for the Alliance summit in Vilnius. It is precisely this moment when Russian assumptions must be completely shattered that someone in NATO still fears Russia. Such assumptions fuel Russian aggressive ambitions. We have and can eliminate them. Thank you to Poland for supporting Ukraine and strengthening NATO.

Not only today, but throughout the week we are preparing very specifically for the Conference on Restoring Ukraine, which will take place next week in London. This will be a significant event, highly representative, uniting both political and business efforts to restore our country and normal life for our people. The key Ukrainian principle — simple and just — is that no destruction in Ukraine will remain. We will do everything, we will rebuild everything, and we already know exactly what steps need to be taken at what time and with which forces to defeat Russian aggression and our restoration. When the ruins disappear, not only does the aggressor lose but also the very idea of aggression. And this is happening.

Every day, as we prepare for this London conference, we hold long and deep preparatory meetings — all necessary state institutions are involved at various levels. We do everything to ensure that under our vision, Ukrainian vision — just like always, meaningful — the appropriate level of international agreements is prepared.

We continue our communication with partners regarding Russian missile production. Today, Russian scoundrels carried out another missile attack on Odessa — with 'Kalibr' missiles. Dozens of components of these 'Kalibrs' are supplied to Russia from other countries. Clearly, each such supply route is a route for strengthening terror. The world has the tools to cut off all similar routes — from every country, from every company whose components are used by Russian missile manufacturers.

Signed new decrees today awarding our soldiers state honors, including those of the Air Forces and our air defense, precisely those heroes who save lives each night and day. Also honored are our intelligence officers and military personnel — combat brigades and units. In total 331 soldiers. 331 heroic lives.

Please always remember that we in Ukraine owe our lives to those who stood up for the life of our nation and independence. Respect for our soldiers, respect for our dear soldiers, respect for wives and husbands of all those who stood up for the country — this is absolutely necessary. Gratitude to these people — this is absolutely necessary. Ukraine knows how to be grateful, and it's worth showing every day.

Thank you to everyone fighting and working for our victory! Especially thank each man and woman who now on the eastern and southern front of our country opens strategic space for Ukraine's movement towards victory. Thank you all who are now and will be in the offensive, defense, storming enemy positions and repelling their attacks — I thank you all soldiers for your courage, resilience, and every meter of result!
