The blue-and-yellow team continues to prepare for their June matches. The latest addition to the national squad is Sergiy Krivtsov, who plays for American "Inter Miami". Defender of Ukraine's national team shared details about his long journey from across the ocean.

"It was a very tough trip; I hardly slept for almost two days because there was a flight from Boston to Miami, then early in the morning I flew to Istanbul, and from there — to Bremen. Fortunately, it could have been worse as a little girl sat behind me who didn't want me to sleep at all, she cried almost throughout the entire flight."

I really miss speaking my native language. I missed the guys so much. When I played for "Shakhtar", I saw them almost every day. I felt bad for players from other teams but got to see mine practically daily. Now things have changed — we communicate online. I want to see them as soon as possible, talk to them and give them a hug," said Sergiy Krivtsov.

Recall that the Ukraine team will play against Germany on June 12 in Bremen at "Weserstadion". This will be a charity friendly match which marks the 1000th game in German national team's history (kickoff — 7 PM Kyiv time).
