President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the preparation of new brigades and units for the de-occupation of our territories and about involving the EBRD in restoring and developing the country.

"I wish health to all dear Ukrainians!

Conducted today's War Cabinet. Briefed by Generals Syrskyi, Tarnavskyi, head of staff, chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, representatives from the government.

Continuously and very carefully analyzing the course of military operations, the hottest and all potentially dangerous directions. The frontline is priority number one.

Actively preparing new brigades and units that have yet to show themselves on the front. Questions of their supply, training, integration into the overall defense plan - we add important details at every War Cabinet meeting.

All in Ukraine must understand that the main task of the state is the de-occupation of our territories, returning our lands and people from Russian captivity. State resources are primarily directed towards this task. And I am grateful to everyone who helps. To those who keep the world's attention on Ukraine. Everyone who creates jobs in Ukraine, pays taxes, stays in the country and supports their businesses' work. Everyone who organizes collections for our soldiers and restoration - collections in Ukraine, in other countries... Now, as last year, we all need to maintain unity, mobilization, and full concentration on defense.

Today I would like to thank separately everyone who is working at state defense enterprises and businesses that have joined the effort, producing weapons and ammunition, drones, those who repair equipment, who create new technology, especially for demining. Thank you for keeping Ukraine's defensive production capacity growing despite everything.

Today at the War Cabinet we thoroughly examined our missile program and questions regarding ammunition.

The entire day - maximum attention to communication in the "Ramstein" format, today - meeting. I thank those partners whose resolve fully matches the real situation and needs on the battlefield. Looking forward to a report from the Minister of Defense on the results of "Ramstein."

Spoke with President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development who was in Kyiv on a visit. Key - this is real economic interaction between EBRD and Ukraine, the bank's involvement in restoring and developing our country.

Every investment now, every job saved or created in Ukraine, every realized economic project - this too is defense. And when it comes to defense, speed is critically important. We drew attention of EBRD especially to urgent needs in reconstruction, housing construction, and investment opportunities in Ukraine. Working with and in Ukraine right now - this is realizing exactly the mission for which EBRD was created.

Conducted today a special meeting on those events - primarily international ones - that are scheduled to take place over the coming weeks and months. We thoroughly examine the content of each event. Ukraine and our soldiers do not have time for formal politics or any impractical things. Every event, every negotiation and meeting must provide concrete help to defense, must concretely strengthen our soldiers and protect our values.

Weapons and ammunition for our soldiers, resilience for our economy, real readiness for any scenarios - all this is absolutely practical. This has been the case and will continue to be so.

Of course, I want to thank our soldiers.

Bakhmut. For bold actions - 5th Separate Assault Brigade. Thank you, boys! Limansk direction. For steadfastness and reliable holding of positions - 66th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Well done!

96th Kyiv Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade. Thank you for your accuracy!

Thank you to everyone who is now on duty, in trenches, on combat missions, on combat rotation!

Thank you to everyone helping the front!

And please remember those who gave their lives defending Ukraine and Ukrainians. Bright memory to our heroes!

Glory to Ukraine!"
