Players from the youth national team and U-19 squad collected funds to purchase necessary equipment for Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen defending our country against Russian occupiers. Specifically, the footballers bought four 3D printers for the reconnaissance unit «Madjar's Birds».

Part of the money for purchasing the equipment was raised through a charity auction where an autographed jersey of Italy’s national team with the surname of legendary striker Filippo Inzaghi served as the main lot. The former star footballer signed it during a friendly match between youth teams of Italy and Ukraine.

We remind you that this is not the first initiative by football players, coaching and administrative staff of the youth team. Last summer, they purchased radios for soldiers from the 98th battalion «Dnipro-Azov». Additionally, members of the national squad donated a vehicle purchased with their own funds to be used for combat missions near Bakhmut in Donetsk region.
