"Wishing health to all Ukrainians!"

The day began with preventive power outages in parts of our country. These outages were necessary to protect the networks and generation from another Russian missile strike.

We are concluding this Saturday without power outages almost across the entire territory of our state, except for some areas, particularly in Odessa region, where recovery is ongoing after previous attacks, and certain regions affected by wind damage. Most of Ukraine's territory — with electricity. Most of our people — with power.

And this is yet another confirmation of our resilience together with you, the strength of Ukraine, the colossal work carried out and being carried out by many people. By all who are restoring and protecting energy infrastructure. By all working to strengthen our air defense systems. By all our partners who are helping us. And, of course, by all our soldiers defending Ukraine in the Air Force and all our security forces.

I thank everyone who contributed to the protection of Ukrainian skies and the country's power system! This is a significant achievement for Ukraine. An achievement we have reached together.

We will continue to do everything possible and impossible to give Ukraine more air defense, more guarantees of resilience, more protection from any Russian strikes.

Today in Germany, in Munich, the security conference continued its work. It's the second day of the conference. Not just a Ukrainian topic, but specifically the theme of an impending Ukrainian victory was clearly dominant in discussions at the conference today. There are important statements by world leaders supporting our country and signals about increased weapons for our defense. This includes long-range missiles and other weaponry, as well as sustained support for Ukraine.

I am grateful to all leaders for their support and what happened yesterday. And for the signals that were given in Munich today. Signals confirming that Russian aggression will have only one outcome — the defeat of a state-terrorist. And we must do everything to hasten Russia's defeat. The pressure from the world should be such that Russia does not find new forms of terror.

By the way, our diplomatic work next week will focus on just this — accelerating our progress. We expect significant news for Ukraine and its security.

Traditionally, I want to thank everyone who is defending the country right now on the battlefield. Especially, I would like to highlight each soldier and every woman defending Donetsk. There are the most fierce and principled combat actions taking place there. A resistance that determines a lot of what we prepare for in the near future.

I thank the paratroopers of the 79th Independent Airborne Brigade, marines of the 35th Separate Marine Infantry Brigade, infantrymen of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, and artillerymen of the 55th and 27th Rocket Artillery Brigades. Thank you all, soldiers!

Today there is something to celebrate for those fighting on the Zaporizhzhia front. The 128th Separate Tactical Group — thank you boys for repelling attacks!

I also want to thank today all our military communications personnel for excellent service! All who effectively and promptly provide logistics support for our troops, and all Support Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Thank you!

Thank you to everyone for whom the resilience of Ukraine and its positions is an unconditional personal, professional priority!

And one more thing.

This week we have received significant signals from our partners regarding concrete agreements about the inevitability of holding Russia accountable for aggression, terror against Ukraine and its people.

Every Russian strike on Kharkiv region, Sumy region, Donetsk, Hmelnytskyi, our Nikopol, and every corner of our country will have specific legal consequences for the state-terrorist.

This applies not only to the evil Russia has brought since February 24 but also from 2014. We remember it all. We remember Illovaisk, we remember Donetsk airport, we remember the battles for Debaltseve — especially today — and every strike against our people.

We will restore justice. We will do this together with the whole world.

Glory to everyone who is in battle today!

Eternal memory to all whose lives were taken by this war, this state, Russia, and its aggression!

Glory to Ukraine!"
