To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on February 18, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred and sixtieth day of Russia's large-scale invasion has begun.

The Russian Federation continues its full-scale military aggression against Ukraine. The enemy does not stop destroying critical infrastructure of our state, continues to inflict blows, carries out artillery strikes on civilian objects and residential areas of the peaceful population.

During the day, the opponent inflicted 10 missile and 29 aviation attacks. Conducted 69 shelling with multiple rocket launchers.

The threat of further Russian missile strikes remains very high across all of Ukraine's territory.

Main efforts the enemy concentrates on conducting offensive actions on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions.

Over the past day, our soldiers repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of the populated places of Grynykivka and Synykhivka in Kharkiv region; Steblivka, Chervonopopivka and Kreminna — Luhansk and Viimykha, Fedorivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Rozdolivka, Paraskevivka, Berhivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Tsihil Yar, Vesela, Vodyane, Mariinka, Pobedy, Novomykhailivka and Volodar on Donetsk.

On the Volynskyi, Polisskyi, Severnyi and Slobozhanskyi directions no enemy offensive groupings were detected. Shelling was suffered by areas of populated places Kolos in Chernihiv region; Mevedyivka, Bachivske, Esman, Kharkivka, Zaruvtse, Kindratyvka, Yunakyvka, Zapyslyia, Mayske and Mesenyvka in Sumy region, as well as Veterinarnoe, Graniv, Kozacha Lopan', Strilecha, Krasne, Borisivka, Vesela, Staritsa, Krasne First on Kharkivshchyna.

On the Kupyansk and Lyman directions the enemy carried out shelling of over 15 populated places. Among them are Grynykivka, Kucherivka, Krokhmalne and Berestove in Kharkiv region; Pervotravneve, Nevskoye, Chervonopopivka, Kreminna on Luhansk and Kuzymne, Spirene and Rozdolivka in Donetsk.

On the Bakhmut direction shelling was suffered by over 20 populated places, including Rozdolivka, Zaliznyanske, Paraskevivka, Berhivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Klyshchyivka, Kurdyumivka and New York in Donetsk.

On the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions artillery shelling was recorded in 20 areas of populated places. Among them — Avdiivka, Vodyane, Vesela, Pervomayske, Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Bogoyavlenska, Velika Novosilka, Zolotaya Niva, Volodar and Neskyuchne in Donetsk.

On the Zaporizhzhia direction fire strikes were suffered by areas of 25 populated places, including Malinivka, Hulyaypole, Zaliznychne, Bilyhorod, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Orikhiv, Novoandriyivka, Mali Shcherbaky, Stepanovske, Kamianske and Prydniprovsk in Zaporizhzhia.

On the Kherson direction areas of 25 populated places suffered enemy artillery fire, including Mykhailivka, Novoaleksandrivka, Hryhorivka, Zmiyivka, Vesela, Kozatske, Ivanivka, Tokaryvka, Mikilske, Sadove and Antonivka in Kherson.

Air force of the Defense Forces inflicted five strikes on enemy concentration areas during the day, as well as one — on a position of S-300 air defense missile system.

Anti-aircraft defense units shot down six UAVs of the opponent. According to preliminary information, five "Lancet" and one — "Zala".

Subunits of rocket troops and artillery simultaneously inflicted damage on three enemy concentration areas and a position of S-300 air defense missile system.
