Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred and fifty-ninth day of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

The enemy is attempting to hold temporarily occupied territories, concentrating efforts on restraining the actions of the Defense Forces at certain sectors. It conducts offensive operations on the Bakhmutsky, Avdiivsky, and Novopavlovsky axes.

Over the past day, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Bilohorivka and Novoselyvskoye in the Luhansk region, as well as Bakhmut, Bakhmutsky, Bilohorivka, Veselo, Klyschyivka, Mayorshchyna, Novomykhailivka, Opitne, Pavlivka, Pervomaisk, Sverdlovsk and Yakovlivka in the Donetsk region.

The enemy is conducting artillery strikes on units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces along the line of contact, carrying out fortification works at certain sectors, and conducting aerial reconnaissance.

Continues to inflict blows on critical infrastructure and civilian housing, violating international humanitarian law, laws, and customs of war.

Over the past day, the enemy carried out seven missile strikes and 32 air attacks, conducted over 70 artillery shelling with multiple rocket launchers.

Areas of more than 35 populated places in Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions suffered from Russian occupiers' attacks.

On the Volynsky and Polesky axes, there are no significant changes in the situation. The Republic of Belarus continues to support Russia's military aggression against Ukraine by providing infrastructure, territory, and airspace. The formation of a Russian-Belarusian military grouping on the territory of the Republic of Belarus is ongoing. According to previous information, servicemen of the 38th Separate Guards Paratrooper Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus purchased up to 100 sets of individual first-aid kits, bulletproof vests and other equipment for the needs of the personnel stock of the 15th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 2nd Motorized Rifle Division of the Russian Federation.

Within border troops of the Republic of Belarus, units of operators of strike UAVs are being created.

Law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Belarus have strengthened measures to search for, detect and detain citizens with pro-Ukrainian positions or those who criticize the authorities or so-called special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.

On other axes, the enemy carried out shelling:

on the Northern axis — with field artillery in the area of the populated place Popivka in Sumy region;

on the Slobozhansky axis — with tanks and various caliber artillery in the areas of the populated places Ambarnye, Budarki, Vilkhuvatka, Hoptivka, Dvorichna, Zemlyanka, Myleve, and Staritsa in Kharkiv region;

on the Kupyansk and Lyman axes — with various types of artillery in the areas of the populated places Berestove, Krokhmalne, and Chernenkha in Kharkiv region; Makieyevka, Nevskoye, Novoselyvskoye, Ploschanka, and Stehmaylivka in Luhansk region, as well as Terny and Yamopolyvka in Donetsk region;

on the Bakhmutsky axis — with tanks, mortars, field and rocket artillery in the areas of the populated places Andriivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutskoye, Bilohorivka, Zalizne, Klyschyivka, Mayorshchyna, Opitne, Pivnichne, and Sverdlovsk in Donetsk region;

on the Avdiivsky axis — with tanks and all types of artillery in the areas of the populated places Avdiivka, Vodiane, Krasnogorivka, Mariinka, Nevelskoye, Netaylove, Novomykhailivka, Opitne, and Pervomaisk in Donetsk region;

on the Novopavlovsky axis — with tanks, mortars, field and rocket artillery in the areas of the populated places Velyka Novosilka, Volodymyrivka, Vremivka, Ugledar, Mikilske, Neskuchne, Pavlivka, Prechystivka, and Shevchenko in Donetsk region;

on the Zaporizhzhia axis — with various caliber artillery in the areas of the populated places Stepanov and Charyvne in Zaporizhzhia region.

On the Southern Buzhsky axis, areas of more than 30 populated places near the line of contact suffered from shelling. The enemy carried out aerial strikes in the areas of the settlements Nova Kamianka and Bilohirka in Kherson region.

According to updated information, confirmed damage to units of the enemy on temporarily occupied territory in Zaporizhzhia region. On November 6, 15 units of various types of military equipment were destroyed, more than a hundred occupiers were injured and killed.

The aviation of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out 18 strikes against the enemy over the past day. Four battalion defensive points, ten areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, as well as four positions of anti-aircraft defense means of the enemy were hit.

Over the past day, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down five «Lancet» UAVs and four «Orlan». Our subunits of rocket troops and artillery inflicted damage on a command post and four areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the occupiers.
