"Wishing health to all Ukrainians!"

We have a new package of defensive aid from the United States of America worth $725 million. These are very necessary things. Ammunition for «HIMARS» and artillery, anti-tank weapons, anti-radar missiles. I thank President Biden, both parties in Congress, and all the people of the USA for this strong package.

We are doing everything to reduce the capabilities of the occupiers, the ability of the Russian army to terrorize Ukrainian land. We systematically destroy the logistics of terrorists, their warehouses and headquarters.

The total losses of the enemy in terms of killed alone are approaching 65 thousand. So many citizens of Russia have given their lives for the possibility that the Kremlin can ignore reality.

And by how the Russian «mobilization» is proceeding, one can say that even 100 thousand dead Russians will not make the Kremlin think about anything.

Only real victories of Ukraine, only real protection by a free world from Russian terror and blackmail - protection through sanctions, protection through aid to Ukraine - complete expulsion of occupiers from Ukrainian land and dismantling the aggressive capabilities of a state-terrorist - all this is the path to peace.

Peace will become possible when it becomes impossible for Russia to carry out terror.

Over the past two days, various regions of our country have been subjected to Russian attacks - including with missiles and Iranian drones. Some of the missiles and drones were shot down. But unfortunately, not all. Unfortunately, there are destructions and casualties.

Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv region, Kharkiv region, Sumy region, Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovsk region and some other regions of our country...

We are doing everything to shoot down more enemy missiles and drones, to neutralize more attack positions of the Russian army. And there will definitely come a day when our state will be able to perform this task at 100 percent.

I want to thank once again all our people who quickly eliminate the consequences of Russian terrorist attacks: our energy workers, employees of DSNSS, communal services and local authorities, builders, employees of the National Police, officials coordinating the restoration process...

Although in some of our cities and regions, energy workers are still forced to limit electricity supply according to a schedule to maintain system stability, we are doing everything and will do everything to restore technical capabilities for supply.

Also, in the liberated areas of Kharkiv region, Kherson region, Donetsk (in Liman, Svyatogorsk), we are working on restoring order, social and medical services, energy supply, communication and mail service, water supply and gas, where possible.

For example, we have started to restore gas supply in Izium - the first 500 families of the city already have gas again. Yesterday alone, over 3 thousand houses were connected to gas supply in the Iziumsky, Kupyansk, Chuhuiv and Kharkiv districts of Kharkiv region. Work is continuing on other fronts.

Active actions are ongoing in different sectors of the front. A very difficult situation persists in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The hardest - the Bakhmut direction, as it was in previous days. We hold our positions.

Overall, on the east and south fronts, we are doing everything to make the occupiers feel that they have no prospects. Whoever they throw into fighting against us, this will end only in defeat for them.

And to citizens of Russia who do not want to participate in this criminal war but are being sent to fight, I remind once again about one possibility. Everyone who surrenders to Ukrainian captivity saves their life. Those who continue to serve in the Russian army or among mercenaries have no such opportunity.

Ukraine will definitely reclaim everything that is rightfully ours.
