"Ukrainians! Ukrainian women!"

Today, on the territory of our state, there was a fairly good and mostly sunny day. In significant areas — around 20 degrees Celsius and sunshine.

Unfortunately, it was cloudy in Crimea. Although it was also warm. But no matter what kind of clouds there were, Ukrainians know what to do. And they know that our future is sunny.

This future without occupiers. On all our territory, including Crimea.

If the occupiers flee while they still have the opportunity, it will be the best option for them. If they are forced to stay — any occupier can find a way to surrender to Ukrainian custody.

We guarantee all Russian servicemen who voluntarily lay down their arms and surrender to safety of their lives. Ukraine always adheres to all international norms, all conventions.

No other options will be left for them to hope for.

And once again I want to thank all our citizens who are fighting and working for peace in Ukraine, for the liberation of our entire land.

The movement of our military, Security Service of Ukraine, National Guard, and everyone involved in active operations — on the eastern front, in the southern part of our state — continued throughout this day.

We hold positions in Donbas, particularly on the Bakhmut axis, where it is extremely difficult right now, very fierce battles. I want to once again highlight the soldiers from the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Cold Stream" for their bravery and steadfastness precisely on this front.

Thank you to all our anti-aircraft personnel and everyone involved in Ukraine's air defense. 

We are doing everything possible to protect Ukrainian skies, and this is one of the highest priorities for our diplomats — accelerating partner decisions on providing Ukraine with modern and effective air defense systems, sufficient quantities.

We will definitely achieve this.

On deoccupied territories, we do not slow down in restoration work. This is transportation, electricity, gas supply, post office, social payments — everywhere where there is a real possibility to provide it, we are providing.

I urge all Ukrainians on the territory where occupiers were, especially carefully approach the mine threat. 

Our explosive technicians and sappers work at maximum capacity, but after the occupiers a very large area is contaminated with mines. Please do not ignore warnings about mines, do not visit areas closed due to danger, please inform police, DSS or local authorities about any discovered mines or unexploded ordnance.

And one more thing I want to add.

Today in Ukraine we celebrate Lawyer's Day. Not everyone who has a legal education works in law. But among those who do work in this field, there are people whose contribution is truly historic. Very important.

Those who investigate occupiers' crimes. Those who help restore justice, especially working in the human rights sector. Those who do everything to ensure that every Russian killer and the state-aggressor itself will be inevitably punished for this war. I thank all of you for this very important work!

I thank investigators, prosecutors, human rights defenders, lawyers, civil servants, employees of public organizations. I thank everyone who teaches law, fights for the rule of law and helps people protect their rights, freedoms, and legal interests.

Justice for Ukraine, for Europe, for the world will be restored thanks to our unbreakable, strong, conscientious, and enlightened people.
