"Wishing health to all Ukrainians!

Today, we have good news both from the front lines and from the diplomatic front.

Firstly, the Ukrainian army is carrying out a relatively quick and powerful movement within the current defensive operation in the south of our country. Dozens of populated areas have already been liberated from the Russian pseudo-referendum this week alone. This is happening in Kherson Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Luhansk Oblast, and Donetsk Oblast.

Specifically, according to military reports from Kherson Oblast: the populated areas of Lyubymivka, Khrechenyvka, Zolota Balka, Bilyayevka, Ukrainka, Velika and Mala Oleksandrivka, and Davidiv Brid have been liberated from the occupier and stabilized. And this is far from a complete list...

Our soldiers do not stop. It's only a matter of time before we drive out the occupier from all our land.

I held a series of important talks today.

Firstly, I spoke with the Prime Minister of India. I informed Mr. Modi about the situation on the front lines and the successes of our military. In detail, I presented our view on recent escalatory steps taken by Russia. It is precisely the Kremlin that does everything to ensure this war can only end on the battlefield, not at the negotiating table.

To various Ukrainian proposals to stop aggression and free our territory, Russia responds with terror, illegal mobilization, and political farce. And this is a threat to any country in any part of the world. Because if someone tries to steal territory from a neighboring people, similar desires may appear elsewhere.

Therefore, we call on all international actors who respect international law to stand up for its fundamental principles and demonstrate their respect, particularly for the principle of inviolability of borders and territorial integrity of states.

I believe this is a fundamental principle for India as well as for Ukraine.

Also today, I spoke with Giorgia Meloni, leader of the political force "Brothers of Italy," which won a clear victory in recent elections. This was a very substantive discussion about how to further increase our bilateral cooperation and strengthen our capabilities—both Ukraine's and Italy's.

On behalf of all Ukrainians, I thanked Italy for its powerful packages of military support. We are looking forward to Ms. Meloni visiting Kyiv with an official visit.

And in the evening, I spoke with US President Biden. First and foremost, I thanked him for another package of military support for our country, including new "HIMARS." Overall, I noted that the successes of our troops—every success in restoring freedom to our people—are our shared successes, our shared victories.

Thanks to the unity of Ukraine, the United States and all our partners in the free world, freedom today has its highest strength in decades and is demonstrating concrete victories against tyranny.

Of course, we also discussed with President Biden key aspects of our cooperation beyond the military sphere, including financial support—particularly a support package worth over $12 billion—and political steps, as well as cooperation in international organizations.

It was especially pleasant for me to hear President Biden's words that our troops inspire the entire world, and our people inspire the entire world. And this is indeed true: our victory in this war will show how much Ukraine can contribute to global freedom and democracy.

I thank everyone who fights and works for our victory! Especially today I want to highlight the coordinated and heroic actions of soldiers from the 35th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Ostrogradsky, the 46th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade, and the 57th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Colonel Kostya Gordiyenko. Thank you, boys!

And I always thank everyone who helps our defenders protect freedom!

And one more important emphasis.

I signed an order declaring all decrees of the President of the Russian Federation and all acts adopted to implement these decrees for attempts at annexation of our territory since 2014 as null and void. Any Russian decisions, any agreements attempting to seize our land—are all null.
