According to the plans, the 32nd season of the Ukrainian Women's Football Premier League for the 2022/2023 season will start on September 10, 2022.

The project for the new season envisages the participation of twelve teams that will play under a standard format in two rounds: eleven matches in the first round, which is planned to be completed by December, and another eleven matches already in spring 2023.

For the first time in the history of domestic women's football, clubs in the Premier League will compete for the right to represent Ukraine in the Women's Champions League next season: the champion team will start their path at the first qualifying stage of the Champions Path, while the team that finishes second in the league will play in the first round of the League Path.

The team that occupies 12th place in the Ukrainian Premier League for the 2022/2023 season will be relegated to the First League.

Earlier, a calendar grid for the new season was also released, indicating basic match dates. The sequential numbers were determined through a draw.
