To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on August 10, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The one hundred sixty-eighth day of heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion has begun.

On the Volyn and Polesie Directions there have been no changes in the situation. By August 11, it is planned to conduct the first stage of a joint operational-tactical exercise with live fire involving the armed forces of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

The threat of enemy missile and air strikes from the territory and airspace of that country remains.

On the Northern Direction the enemy carried out an artillery shelling near Senkivka in Chernihiv Oblast.

On the Kharkiv Direction tank, artillery and rocket artillery shelling of areas around the settlements of Udi, Demeniyivka, Novo, Pitomnik, Ruski Tishky, Peremoha, Verkhniy Saltiv, Staro Saltiv, Mospanove, Stara Hnylytsya, Gusaryvka, Korobochkine, Pyatygirskoye and Shevelyvka were recorded.

In order to improve the tactical situation, the enemy launched offensive battles towards Veterynarne — Udi but failed to achieve success, suffered losses and retreated. Combat operations are ongoing on the Bayrak — Gusaryvka axis.

On the Slovyansk Direction the enemy shelled areas around Velika Komishova, Dmitrivka, Karnaukhivka, Dolgenkoye, Vyrnopil, Novyy Dmitrovka, Bogorodichne and Dolyna.

On the Kramatorsk Direction the enemy carried out artillery shelling near Severna, Hryhorivka, Verkhnyokamyanske, Sidorove and Raygorodka.

On the Bakhmutskiy Direction occupiers conducted shelling with field, rocket artillery and tanks in areas around Kostyantynivka, Bakhmut, Ivan-Daryivka, Pokrovskoye, Zaytseve, Kodema, Kurdyumivka, Bakhmutskoye, Solydar, Yakovlivka and Verkhnya. Air strikes were carried out by strike and army aviation near Sprinnoye, Solydar, Bakhmut, Zaytsevo and Verkhnya.

The enemy made attempts to conduct assault operations on the Novoluhanske — Sprinnoye, Volodimirivka — Yakovlivka, Stropivka — Solydar axes. Failed and retreated.

On the Avdiyivskiy Direction shelling near Mariinka, Avdiyivka, Opytnoye, Pisky, Novomayskoye, Nevelskoye, Petrovskoye, Netaylove and Krasnogorove was recorded. Enemy strike aircraft were active near Krasnogorove and Mariinka.

The enemy is attempting to renew the offensive on the Donetsk — Pisky axis, combat operations are ongoing. The enemy launched offensives along the Myneralne — Avdiyivka and Spartak — Avdiyivka axes. Failed and retreated.

On the Novopavlovskiy and Zaporizhzhya Directions occupiers shelled with tanks, artillery of various calibers in areas around Kostiantynopoliske, Novomikhailivka, Mala Tokmachka, Velykomikhailivka, Pavlivka, Volodymyrivka, Shevchenko, Prechystivka, Velyka Novosylykha, Burlatyske, Verymivka, Zaliznytsia, Stepole, Poltavka, Novosylikha, Hulyaypole and Mali Shcherbaky. Air strikes were carried out near Pavlivka, Ugledar and Novosylikha.

On the South Buzhak Direction the enemy conducted shelling with tanks and artillery of various calibers along the line of contact and delivered air strikes near Novogrigoryevka, Andriivka and Olgyno. Conducted aerial reconnaissance using UAVs.

In the Black Sea maritime area two missile-carrying ships of the Kalibr type are in readiness to use high-precision weapons.

The threat of missile strikes on military and critical infrastructure objects within Ukraine remains.

Elimination aviation of the Air Force continues patrolling Ukrainian airspace, while strike aviation provides successful fire support for our units in designated operational areas.
