To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on July 9, 2022 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The heroic resistance of the Ukrainian nation against the Russian military invasion has entered its one hundred thirty-sixth day.

On the Volyn, Polesie, and Northern Directions significant changes in enemy unit activities are not observed. Recently, the enemy shelled our positions near Senkivka and Mykolayivka in Chernihiv Oblast and populated areas of Yesman and Oleksiyivka in Sumy Oblast.

On the Kharkiv Direction the occupiers are defending previously occupied positions. The enemy shelled with tanks, mortars, field artillery, and multiple rocket launchers the areas of Yavirskye, Stara Hnylytsya, Ukrainka, Mykilske, Bazaliyivka, Ruski Tishky, Cherkaсky Tishky, Pyatygirske, Prudyanka, Chornoglazivka, Kutzivka, Staro Saltiv, Shestakov and Rubizhne.

On the Slovyansk Direction enemy artillery shelling was observed near Dibrivno, Bogorodichno, Adamivka, Karnaukhivka, and Suligivka.

On the Kramatorsk Direction the enemy shelled civilian infrastructure in the areas of Hryhorivka, Verhnyokamyanskyi, and Kramatorsk. By conducting assault actions, it attempted to advance near the populated area of Hryhorivka; fighting continues.

On the Bakhmut Direction enemy shelling was recorded near Zaytseve, Berestove, and Klinovo. The enemy carried out an air strike near Spirne.

By offensive actions, occupiers attempted to establish control over the territory of Vuhlehirska TES and improve tactical positions in the area of Dolomitne. Ukrainian soldiers did not allow them to do this and pushed them back to their previous positions.

On the Avdiivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia Directions defensive shelling of positions along the line of contact continues. The enemy carried out air strikes in the area of Malyy Shcherbak.

On the South Buzok Direction the enemy continues systematic shelling of civilian and military infrastructure with field artillery and multiple rocket launchers along the line of contact.

There remains a continued threat of missile strikes on critical regional infrastructure.

Ukrainian aviation and rocket-artillery units continue successful fire strikes against concentrations of enemy troops, military equipment, and ammunition depots. The enemy suffers significant losses.
