The KDK of the UAF, due to improper behavior by fans of FC "Sumy" (Sumy), which led to a match stoppage in the 15th round of the Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Sumy" (Sumy) and FC "Peremoha" (Dnipro) on October 23, 2021, deprived FC "Sumy" (Sumy) of three league points, ordered FC "Sumy" (Sumy) to play the next two matches without fans, and fined FC "Sumy" (Sumy) a mandatory amount of 200,000 hryvnias.

The KDK of the UAF, after reviewing the case regarding racist behavior by fans of FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) during the 14th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League on November 6, 2021 between FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) and FC "Vorskla" (Poltava), ordered FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory fine of 250,000 hryvnias and ordered FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to play one match without fans conditionally until the end of the UPL-2021/2022 season.

For displaying banners by fans of FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) during the 10th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League on September 3, 2021 between FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which demeaned the honor and dignity of opponents, the KDK of the UAF applied a fine in the amount of 50,000 hryvnias to both clubs.

The KDK of the UAF ordered FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory fine of 50,000 hryvnias for unsubstantiated and inappropriate statements made by the assistant coach of FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), Emiliano Carrasco, addressed to the main referee during the match between FC "Mariupol" (Mariupol) and FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv).

After reviewing a case regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play during the Cup of Ukraine match on October 25, 2017 between FC "Tavriya" (Simferopol) and FC "Mariupol" (Mariupol), the KDK of the UAF prohibited Gryppi V., Huriin R., Logvinenko M., Masalova A., Sokolan Y. from engaging in any football-related activities (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of one year conditionally with a probationary period of two years; prohibited Lotarev A. from engaging in any football-related activities (administrative, sports, etc.) indefinitely; applied a warning to Haring S. In the case of Kovalev A., the KDK of the UAF decided to transfer materials of the case to law enforcement agencies.

As a result of reviewing a case regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play before the match in the U-21 Championship on April 2, 2019 between FC "Zorya" (Luhansk) and FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv), the KDK of the UAF prohibited Molotokas V. from engaging in any football-related activities (administrative, sports, etc.) indefinitely. In the case of P'yatigorcy A., Kobzev S., Kreminyov Y., the KDK of the UAF decided to transfer materials of the case to law enforcement agencies.
