— reviewing the materials regarding the Vbet Cup of Ukraine football match of the 2025/2026 season between FC "Olympia" (Savynychi) and FC "Lesne" (Kyiv), which took place on September 23, 2025, ordered FC "Olympia" (Savynychi) to pay a mandatory fine of UAH 10,000 (ten thousand) for failing to comply with the Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically regarding the match without spectators; and a mandatory fine of UAH 5,000 (five thousand) for failing to ensure the presence of an automated external defibrillator with patient data recorder and analysis of heart rhythm on site for providing first aid during the match;

— reviewing the materials regarding the Vbet Cup of Ukraine football match of the 2025/2026 season between FC "Agrotech" (Tishkivka) and FC "Chornomorskiy" (Odessa), which took place on September 24, 2025, ordered FC "Agrotech" (Tishkivka) to pay a mandatory fine of UAH 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) for throwing pyrotechnic devices onto the football field after the match; and a mandatory fine of UAH 12,500 (twelve thousand five hundred) for the use by spectators of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of 5 (five) units;

— reviewing the materials regarding the removal of footballer Yuriy Kozirenko from FC "Podillya" (Khmelnytskyi) during the Vbet Cup of Ukraine football match of the 2025/2026 season between FC "Ingulets" (Petrove) and FC "Podillya" (Khmelnytskyi), which took place on September 24, 2025, suspended footballer Yuriy Kozirenko from participating in matches for 2 (two) games (for a serious game infringement);

— reviewing the materials regarding the Vbet Cup of Ukraine football match of the 2025/2026 season between FC "Locomotiv" (Kyiv) and FC "Veres" (Rivne), which took place on September 24, 2025, ordered FC "Locomotiv" (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory fine of UAH 20,000 (twenty thousand) for repeated failure to comply with the Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically regarding the maximum permissible number of spectators at the stadium; and a mandatory fine of UAH 20,000 (twenty thousand) for unauthorized entry into the playing area by third parties;

— reviewing the materials regarding the Vbet Cup of Ukraine football match of the 2025/2026 season between FC "Ruh" (Lviv) and FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on September 24, 2025, ordered FC "Ruh" (Lviv) to pay a mandatory fine of UAH 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) for throwing objects onto the football field and into the playing area;

— reviewing the materials regarding the match in the third round of the Ukrainian Women's Football Championship of the First League between FC "Przemyśl-DYSZ No. 3" (Ivano-Frankivsk) and FC "Nadbyzhzhya" (Busk), which took place on September 27, 2025, suspended footballer Khrystyna Masnyuk from participating in matches for 4 (four) games, of which one game conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for fighting during the match); suspended footballer Romanu Hermaniuk from participating in matches for 4 (four) games, of which one game conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for violent behavior); and suspended footballer Khrystyna Maslovska from FC "Nadbyzhzhya" (Busk) from participating in matches for 4 (four) games (for fighting during the match);

— reviewing the materials regarding the match in the eighth round of the Ukrainian Championship among first league club teams of the PFL season-2025/2026 between FC "Podillya" (Khmelnytskyi) and FC "Przemyśl-Blagodat" (Ivano-Frankivsk), which took place on September 28, 2025, annulled the match result, credited FC "Podillya" (Khmelnytskyi) with a technical loss of 0:3 (for including in the referee's report the surname of a player and participation in the match by a player who was not entitled to participate); and credited FC "Przemyśl-Blagodat" (Ivano-Frankivsk) with a technical win of 3:0;

— reviewing the materials regarding the removal of footballer Valentyn Ovcharuk from SK "Chaika" (Petropavlivska Borschagivka) during the match in the tenth round of the Ukrainian Championship among second league club teams of the PFL season-2025/2026 between FC "Rebel" (Kyiv) and SK "Chaika" (Petropavlivska Borschagivka), which took place on September 28, 2025, suspended footballer Valentyn Ovcharuk from participating in matches for 2 (two) games, of which one game conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for a serious game infringement);

— reviewing the materials regarding the removal of footballer Roman Nikolishin from FC "Skala 1911" (Stryi) during the match in the tenth round of the Ukrainian Championship among second league club teams of the PFL season-2025/2026 between FC "Skala 1911" (Stryi) and FC "Kulikiv-Bilka" (Kulikiv), which took place on September 28, 2025, suspended footballer Roman Nikolishin from participating in matches for 3 (three) games, of which one game conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for violent behavior);

— reviewing the materials regarding the match in the seventh round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Metalist 1925" (Kharkiv) and FC "Kolos" (Kovalivka), which took place on September 28, 2025, ordered FC "Kolos" (Kovalivka) to pay a mandatory fine of UAH 20,000 (twenty thousand) for repeated delay in starting the match; applied a warning sanction to FC "Metalist 1925" (Kharkiv) (for delaying the start of the match);

— reviewing the materials regarding the match in the seventh round of the VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Veres" (Rivne) and FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on September 29, 2025, applied a warning sanction to FC "Veres" (Rivne) (for delaying the start of the match); ordered FC "Polsia" (Zhytomyr) to pay a mandatory fine of UAH 10,000 (ten thousand) for repeated delay in starting the match; ordered FC "Veres" (Rivne) to pay a mandatory fine of UAH 37,500 (thirty-seven thousand five hundred) for the use by spectators of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of 15 (fifteen) units; a mandatory fine of UAH 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) for actions by spectators that led to the suspension of the match; a mandatory fine of UAH 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) for throwing objects onto the football field and into the playing area; and a mandatory fine of UAH 5,000 (five thousand) for unauthorized entry into the playing area by a third party.
