Head coach of the Ukraine national team, Serhiy Rebrov, has called up Polissya Zhityhorod's defensive midfielder, Vladyslav Velychnya, for the national team as they prepare for 2026 World Cup qualification matches against Iceland (October 10, Reykjavik) and Azerbaijan (October 13, Krakow).

Main coach of the Ukraine national team, Serhiy Rebrov, has called up defender Vladyslav Velentiy from Zhytomyr Polissya for matches in the 2026 World Cup qualification against Iceland (October 10, Reykjavik) and Azerbaijan (October 13, Krakow). This is the player's debut call-up to the national team.
