— considering the materials regarding the match of the 4th round of VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) and FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr), which took place on August 31, 2025, imposed a warning sanction on FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) for delaying the start of the match, imposed a warning sanction on FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr) for delaying the start of the match, obligated FC "Dynamo" (Kyiv) to pay an obligatory financial contribution in the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias (for the use of fireworks by spectators), imposed a warning sanction on FC "Polesia" (Zhytomyr) for violating regulatory norms, specifically for not attending the flash interview;

— considering the materials regarding the dismissal of footballer Bogdan Myshenok from FC "Vorskla" (Poltava) during the match of the 5th round of the Ukrainian Championship among first league club teams in the PFL season-2025/2026 between FC "Ingulets" (Petropavlivka) and FC "Vorskla" (Poltava), which took place on September 7, 2025, suspended footballer Bogdan Myshenok from participating in matches for 3 (three) games (for a serious game violation);

— considering the materials regarding the Vbet Cup Ukraine-2025/2026 match between "Kulikiv-Bila" (Kulikiv) and "Krivbas" (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on August 24, 2025, obligated "Kulikiv-Bila" (Kulikiv) to pay an obligatory financial contribution in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for violating the Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine under Martial Law, specifically regarding exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators on the stadium), obligated "Kulikiv-Bila" (Kulikiv) to pay an obligatory financial contribution in the amount of 47,500 (forty-seven thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for using fireworks by spectators);
