From July 15 to 18, Lviv will host a meeting of the Ukrainian and Turkish amputee football communities. At the initiative of the Ukrainian Football Association and the UAF Foundation, with the support of the Lviv City Council, we will welcome a delegation from Turkey — global leaders who stand behind the establishment and development of one of the most successful amputee football movements.

For four days, an international seminar will take place — for coaches, players, sports managers, and everyone involved in developing amputee football in Ukraine.

Visiting Lviv will be:

— the head coach of Turkey's national amputee football team Gaziz Ismail Temiz;

— assistant to the head coach of Turkey's national amputee football team Omer Duran;

— goalkeeper trainer for Turkey's national amputee football team Unsal Janchelik;

— physical preparation coach for Turkey's national amputee football team Joskun Peker;

— deputy president of the Turkish Federation of Sports for Persons with Disabilities Ramazan Ozcelik.

Their experience is an opportunity to lay the foundation for systemic development of amputee football in Ukraine, strengthen coaches and form a high-quality school.
