The Ukrainian WU-16 women's team (players born in 2009–2010) will gain experience at the UEFA Development Tournament, which will take place from May 7 to 12 in Croatia. The Football Association of Ukraine announced this.

Before that, the girls will have a short training camp in Ukraine.

The Ukrainians' opponents will be their counterparts from Croatia, Hungary, and Morocco. According to the tournament rules, each team will play three matches. A win will earn three points; in case of a draw, a penalty shootout will take place, with the winner earning two points and the loser one point.
