March 17-19, the third educational session within the UEFA PRO diploma program took place at the Football House. Currently, 20 coaches are participating in the program, which allows them not only to deepen their knowledge but also to exchange practical experience with colleagues. The training covers both theoretical and practical modules aimed at enhancing qualifications and competitiveness on an international level.

This cohort will be the first to undergo training in a new format. At the beginning of the year, the UAF Licensing Center was reorganized into the Football Education and Leadership Center. Along with the name change came changes in approaches to the educational process — to create a modern learning environment for the development of coaches and experts in the football field.

The next session is scheduled for the coming months. Participants will continue working on current aspects of contemporary coaching practice and improving professional competencies.
