The championship of the Northern Operational-Territorial Formation of the National Guard of Ukraine in futsal-2025 took place at the Vishhorod Sports Complex of the National Guard of Ukraine with support from the Ukrainian Football Association.

The tournament, which was not only a sporting event but also provided an opportunity for psychological relief, strengthening of combat spirit and unity among our units, saw participation from 10 teams:

— 27th Pecherska Brigade of the National Guard;

— military unit 30 30;

— military unit 31 14; 

— military unit 30 27 (Buriev);

— military unit 30 82 (Zhytomyr);

— military unit 30 61 (Cherkasy); 

— military unit 30 41 (Slavutych); 

— military unit 30 82 ( Chernihiv);

— management of the Northern Kyiv territorial administration;

— special purpose detachment «Omega».

According to the regulations, two groups of five teams each were formed. Teams that took first and second places in their respective groups played semi-finals, with winners advancing to the final match while losers competed for third place.

During the award ceremony, participants and winners received cups, medals, and footballs. Among those present were the Chief of Staff of the Northern OTO of the National Guard Colonel Dmitry Tsimbal and First Vice President of the UFA Pavlo Boychuk.

“It is a great honor for me to be here with you today. The Ukrainian Football Association highly values our relations with the National Guard of Ukraine. These are very important and valuable to us.

I am delighted to see today those boys who participated in last year's tournament. We have united these days thanks to football and a common goal — victory. I wish you success, and take care of yourselves. Glory to Ukraine!”— Pavlo Boychuk addressed the participants of the tournament.
