UAF Executive Committee decisions: venue for Ukraine vs. Belgium Nations League match and format change for Vbet Ukrainian Cup

Today, January 21, the Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) made several significant decisions, including:

UAF Executive Committee decisions: venue for Ukraine vs. Belgium Nations League match and format change for Vbet Ukrainian Cup

— designating Murcia, Spain, and Estadio Enrique Roca de Murcia as the venue for the UEFA Nations League 2024/2025 playoff match between Ukraine and Belgium on March 20, 2025, in agreement with the Royal Spanish Football Federation.

— tasking the Ukrainian Cup Preparation and Conduct Directorate with developing and submitting proposals for new formats for the Ukrainian Cup in the 2025/2026 season to the Executive Committee. Additionally, the UAF Administration was instructed to prepare and present proposals for a new design of the transitional Ukrainian Cup trophy.

— approving the Concept for enhancing the referee training system for football competitions in Ukraine for 2025–2028 and adopting the Regulations of the UAF Referee Academy.

— Approving the new working program for the UAF C-Diploma, renaming the UAF Licensing Center to the Center for Football Education and Leadership, and appointing Oksana Lesyk as the project leader for the reform initiative.

— approving the UAF financial estimate and endorsing the financial budget for UAF Marketing LLC for 2025.
