Note to your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 6:00 on February 12, 2024, regarding the Russian invasion of our country. 

Glory to Ukraine! The seven hundred and nineteenth day of Russia's large-scale military aggression against Ukraine has begun.

The enemy continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, uses terrorism tactics, carries out missile and air strikes, and shells both military and numerous civilian objects in our country with multiple rocket launchers.

During the past day, 100 combat engagements took place. In total, the enemy carried out four missile and 110 air strikes, conducted 95 shelling operations with multiple rocket launchers on positions of our troops and populated areas. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties among civilians. Multi-story buildings and private homes, as well as other civilian infrastructure, have been destroyed or damaged.

During the night, Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine again using 17 Shahed-136/131 UAVs. With air defense forces and means, 14 combat UAVs were destroyed.

Air strikes hit Klyshchivka, Stepanove, Avdiyivka, Severne, Antonivka, Konstantinivka, Novomykhailivka, Rivnopil in the Donetsk region; Robotyne, Novodarivka, Mala Tokmachka in the Zaporizhzhia region; Kachkarivka, Monastyryske, Krinki in the Kherson region.

More than 130 populated areas in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions were under artillery fire.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "North" on the Volynian and Polesian directions, the operational situation remains unchanged.

On the Northern and Slobozhanskyi directions the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, conducts active sabotage activities to prevent our troops from redeploying to threatening directions, increases mine-explosive obstacles along the state border in Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Khortytsia" on the Kupyansk direction, our defenders repelled two enemy attacks near Ivanivka and Tabayevka, Kharkiv region.

On the Lyman direction Ukrainian soldiers repelled three attacks by occupiers in the area of Bakhmutskyi, Luhansk region.

On the Bakhmutskiy direction, forces of defense repelled 19 enemy attacks near Bogdanivka, Ivanivske, Klyshchivka and Andriyivka in Donetsk region.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Tavria" on the Avdiivskiy direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy who does not give up attempts to encircle Avdiivka. Our soldiers firmly hold their defense, inflicting heavy losses on aggressors. Thus, forces of defense repelled 23 enemy attacks in the area of Avdiivka and another 18 attacks south of Tonenkyi and near Pervomaiskoye, Nevelskiy in Donetsk region during the past day.

On the Mariupol direction, Ukrainian soldiers continue to hold back the enemy near Krasnogorivka, Georgiyivka, Pobedy and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region, where 32 attacks were repelled.

On the Novopavlivskiy direction, our defenders repelled an enemy attack north of Pryvitne in Zaporizhzhia region.

On the Zaporizhzhia direction, forces of defense repelled an enemy attack near Robotinoe in Zaporizhzhia region.

In the area of responsibility of OSUM "Odesa" on the Khersonskiy direction, forces of defense continue to hold positions and repel assaults by occupation troops. Despite significant losses, the enemy does not give up attempts to drive our units from occupied positions. Thus, during the past day, the enemy carried out one unsuccessful assault.

At the same time, our soldiers continue active operations inflicting casualties on occupation forces in manpower and equipment, exhausting the enemy along the entire front line.

With air defense forces and means of Ukraine, one guided aviation missile Kh-59 was destroyed.

Subunits of rocket troops delivered strikes against two areas of personnel concentration, two command posts, one artillery system, and two ammunition depots of the enemy.
