The Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association has approvedthe date, time, and location for the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF as well as the agenda proposed by members of the UAF.

Based on requests from 32 members of the UAF and in accordance with the statute, the administration of the Ukrainian Football Association proposed to the executive committee to hold an extraordinary Congress of the Ukrainian Football Association on January 25, 2024 at the House of Football (Kyiv), starting at 12:00. The Executive Committee of the UAF approved this proposal. 

Based on the decision of the executive committee, the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF will be held with the following agenda:

1. On electing the working bodies of the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF.

2. On recognizing that the regular XXV Congress of the UAF did not take place.

3. On electing the president of the UAF.

4. On approving the quantitative composition of members of the Executive Committee of the UAF, first vice-presidents of the UAF, and vice-presidents of the UAF.

5. On electing first vice-presidents of the UAF.

6. On electing vice-presidents of the UAF.

7. On electing members of the Executive Committee of the UAF.

8. On electing an Audit Body of the UAF.

9. On granting authority for state registration of changes to information about the UAF in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations.

10. On electing bodies for enforcing football justice within the UAF.

The Executive Committee has tasked the administration and presidium of the UAF to carry out all statutory measures for preparing and holding the extraordinary XXVI Congress of the UAF. Oversight of this decision's implementation is entrusted to First Vice President of the UAF, Vadim Kostyuchenko.

The Executive Committee of the UAF also relieved Yuri Zapysochyy of his position as General Secretary of the UAF "until a further decision on this matter." The person carrying out the duties of the General Secretary of the UAF has been appointed as Igor Gryshchenko.
