In accordance with the provisions of normative documents of the UAF and UEFA, the Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association continues to implement a program aimed at conducting training sessions that explain fundamental principles of ethics and fair play to football players of all levels.

"Over the past few years, we have managed to significantly improve the situation with matches 'for betting'. This has allowed us to focus on preventive work. To avoid violations, we organize lectures every year for professional and all interested amateur teams. We monitor fresh breaches of ethics and fair play principles in other countries and present them during training as examples of prohibited behavior. I am convinced that this is a great way to understand and absorb the rules. We have decided that I personally will conduct lectures at Premier League clubs for players of their first teams and U-19 teams, while my colleagues will hold such trainings online for women's teams and men's teams participating in other competitions. Ukraine is a large country, and it is physically difficult to visit all the clubs. The Zoom conference format has already proven its effectiveness since the pandemic times," — said the head of the committee Francesco Baranca.

It should be noted separately that starting from this season, the Ethics and Fair Play Committee of the UAF conducts lectures on behalf of UEFA for the youth national teams of Ukraine U-17 and U-19, the women's youth team WU-19, and the girls' team WU-17.
