Today, on June 7 in Austria, the qualifying tournament for the Ukrainian youth national team begins as they prepare for the final tournament of Euro 2023 (U-21).

This evening, under Ruslan Rotan's management at the training base in Styria, there will be 24 players. Ivan Zhelezko, one of the footballers, will join the team on June 10 after playing for his club "Valmiera" in Latvia's championship.
Meanwhile, it has become known that our team during the Austrian training camp will play two friendly matches. On June 13, the Ukrainian U-21 national team will face Kuwait’s U-21 side (kick-off at 7 PM Kyiv time), and on the 16th they will take on Ireland (7 PM).
The official squad for Euro 2023 will include 23 players, including those called up to the national team's June training camp.
In June, Ukraine’s U-21 national team will participate in the final tournament of Euro 2023 (U-21). In total, 16 teams will take part in the event that will be held from June 21 to July 8 in Georgia and Romania. According to the draw results, which took place on October 18 last year in Bucharest, blue-and-yellow will find themselves in Group B, where they will face Romania, Spain, and Croatia. The three best teams at Euro 2023 (excluding France and England) will earn spots at the 2024 Olympics.
