To your attention — operational information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00 on February 26, 2023 regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred sixty-eighth day of Russia's large-scale invasion has begun.

The Russian Federation is concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive operations on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Shakhtarsk directions. Yesterday, our defenders repelled 71 attacks by the enemy on these fronts.

The enemy continuously conducts aerial reconnaissance to correct fire.

Conducted 14 missile strikes and 19 air raids. Carried out 57 shelling with multiple rocket launchers. Civilians were affected.

There is a significant threat of further missile attacks across the entire territory of Ukraine.

On the Volyn, Polesie, North, and Slobozhansky directions no signs of forming offensive groups by the occupiers have been detected. The enemy shelled areas around the settlements of Horodyszcze in Chernihiv Oblast; Popivka, Stukalivka, Pavlivka, and Hryhine on Sumy Oblast, as well as Staritsia, Varvaryvka, Vovchanskyi, Vilcha, Ogireve, and Bologivka in Kharkiv Oblast.

On the Kupyansk and Lyman directions the enemy carried out unsuccessful offensive actions near Plyshanka, Novoselyk, Kreminna, Dybrova, Bilohorivka, Spirtne, Rozdolovka, Fedorivka, Vasyukivka, as well as in the vicinity of Serednyanskyi Forest. Conducted artillery shelling near Novomlynivka, Dvoriche, Gryyankivka, Kupyansk, Kyslivka, Tabayivka, Berestevo Kharkiv Oblast and Makieyivka, Novoselyk, Dybrova, Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast.

On the Bakhmut direction the enemy continues to attack our positions. Conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near the settlements of Orilovo-Vasilivka, Berkhivka, Yagydne, Bakhmut, Ivanivske and Pivnichne in Donetsk Oblast. Areas around 22 populated places were shelled, including Orilovo-Vasilivka, Dubovo-Vasilivka, Berkhivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Stupochky, Kurdyumyvka, Ozaryanyvka and New York in Donetsk Oblast. The enemy carried out a missile strike on the civilian infrastructure of Kostiantynivka city.

On the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions the enemy conducted offensive operations in the areas around the settlements of Nevelske, Krasnogorivka, Avdiivka, Severne, Vodyane, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, Volodar — without success. Areas around Avdiivka, Orlyvka, Vodyane, Netaylove, Gostre, Georgiyivka, Mariinka, Novomykhailivka, Volodar and Prechystyvka in Donetsk Oblast were affected by fire.

On the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson directions the enemy is defending. Continues artillery shelling of areas around populated places that border with the line of contact. Among others, Vremyvka and Novopil in Donetsk Oblast; Olhyvske, Maliynivka, Hulyaypole, Orikhiv and Bilohirya on Zaporizhzhia; Marhanets and Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast; Zmiyivka, Kherson, Novobereislav, Berislav, Antonivka and Kizomys on Khersonschina, as well as Matrosovka in Mykolaiv Oblast were affected by enemy fire.

Russian occupiers are reinforcing the defense of temporarily occupied Crimea, including — building fortifications. 150 Russian military personnel from Chelyabinsk Oblast arrived to carry out engineering work.

Due to fears of deoccupation of Ukrainian territories, the so-called city prosecutor of Gorlivka in Donetsk Oblast has submitted his resignation and is preparing for evacuation to the territory of the Russian Federation.

The Air Force of the Defense Forces carried out 12 strikes against areas where enemy personnel and military equipment are concentrated over the past day. Our defenders also shot down three enemy unmanned aerial vehicles of different types: "Orlan-10", Supercam S350, and "Lancet-3".

Subunits of rocket troops and artillery damaged a command post, two areas where enemy personnel are concentrated, a radar station, an electronic warfare station, as well as two other important targets.
