President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the situation at the front and in the energy sector as well as the perception in the world of Ukraine's peace formula. "Good health to you,尊敬的乌克兰人民!" Note: The last sentence seems to be a greeting that got mixed with Ukrainian and Chinese. Here is the accurate translation without mixing languages: "Good health to you, dear Ukrainians!"

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about the situation on the front lines and in the energy sector as well as the reception of the Ukrainian peace formula around the world.
"I wish you good health, dear Ukrainians!
This day is coming to an end — already 270 days into a full-scale war. I will briefly report.
First — the front line. The most intense battles, as before, are in Donetsk. Although there were fewer attacks today — due to worsening weather conditions, the number of Russian shelling remains, unfortunately, extremely high.
Luhansk — we are moving forward, albeit with fighting. As of now, there have been almost 400 shelling incidents in the east since the start of the day. I thank everyone who holds their positions and helps our defense forces.
South — we maintain our defenses, systematically destroying the occupiers' potential.
Secondly — this is energy. Restoring networks and technical capabilities for supply, disconnecting lines of power transmission, repairs — all are ongoing around the clock.
We managed to ease the situation in some regions where there were serious problems yesterday. This evening, stabilization blackouts are occurring in 15 oblasts and also in Kyiv. The most significant ones are in Vinnytsia, Sumy, Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv Oblast, and the capital. We are doing everything possible to return normalcy to Odessa, Kharkiv, and all our cities and communities.
And I thank everyone in energy, communal services workers, oblast administrations — all those who work for the benefit of Ukrainians.
Thirdly — foreign policy. Today, I addressed participants at the International Organization of La Francophonie summit. This involves over 50 participating countries and more than two dozen observer states. Africa, Asia, America, Europe — everywhere they hear Ukraine, everywhere they know our proposals on how to bring peace to Ukraine and stability to the world.
I will immediately say that the Ukrainian peace formula is being received in the world extremely positively. It is completely constructive and realistic — unlike the empty and deceitful Russian rhetoric about their alleged readiness for some kind of talks.
We will do everything to make the world accept the Ukrainian peace formula.
There will be several important international appeals next week. And we are already preparing.
And one more thing.
Traditionally, in Ukraine, the third Sunday of November marks the Day of Workers in Agriculture. Has there ever been an international context to this day? This year it definitely exists.
This year many around the world saw how significant is the contribution of Ukrainians to global food security. The lives of millions of people in different countries directly depend on our agricultural sector.
I thank all our people who work on the land, who ensure Ukraine and the world with the most essential needs. Thanks to you being here and working, we can find support for our country from those nations with whom we do not yet have traditional relations. But we will.
Glory to all who fight for Ukraine!
Glory to all who work and help!
Glory to Ukraine!»
