President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, speaking about Russia's terrorist response to peaceful proposals and a missile strike on NATO territory.

"Dear Ukrainians!

Today, the enemy carried out another massive missile attack on our country. A total of 90 missiles were launched. The targets included the energy system, enterprises, and residential buildings.

And when did this happen? Right after the first day of the G20 summit in Indonesia concluded and the most significant statements were made, and major meetings took place.

Russia talks about peace while responding with missiles. It's told about global crises it caused itself, yet responds with Iranian drones. When offered ten points to end the war, Russia fires ten missiles for each point of peace.

At 3:24 AM today, I joined the summit to present our proposals on restoring peace and international order. The world heard Ukraine. G19 participants made their statements... Then Moscow decided it could try terror again to achieve what it couldn't for nine months.

15:00 — missile, Kyiv. And across the country...

15:54 — missile, Kropyvnytskyi.

15:56 — two missiles, Kirovohrad region.

15:56 — missile, Zhytomyr region. And also — Zakarpattia, Rivne, Kharkiv regions...

16:29 — missile, Kryvyi Rih.

16:29 — missile, Poltava region.

16:35 — again Zhytomyr region. Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Mykolaiv regions... And again Kyiv.

People killed and injured. My condolences to the families!

In many cities and districts of our country, there are emergency power outages again. Nearly ten million Ukrainians without electricity. The most affected — as of now — Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, and Lviv regions. Lviv and other cities have stopped heating supply... Internet and communication problems across the country.

As a result of the attacks, several nuclear reactors were automatically disconnected at two stations — this was a calculated consequence, and the enemy knew exactly what it was doing.

This is Russia's response to Indonesia, India, China, and all other countries that spoke about ending the war. Russia tells the world it wants to continue. The answer now lies with the world.

Especially today something happened that we warned about long ago. We talked about this. Terror does not stop at our state borders. It has already spread into Moldova's territory. And today, Russian missiles hit Poland, the territory of a friendly country. People died. Please accept condolences from all Ukrainian brothers!

How many times did Ukraine warn that Russia would not be limited to our country?

Poland, Baltic states... It's only a matter of time before Russian terror goes further. We must put the terrorist in its place! The longer Russia feels impunity, the greater the threat for all those within reach of Russian missiles.

Firing missiles at NATO territory... This is a Russian missile strike on collective security! It's a serious escalation. Action needs to be taken.

And now I want to say something to all our Polish brothers and sisters... Ukraine will always support you! Terror cannot break free people! Victory is possible when there is no fear! We have none with you.

I would like to thank all partners who help defend the sky. In particular, today's NASAMS systems worked well for us: out of ten launches — ten hits.

As of now, over 70 missiles and ten strike drones have been shot down.

I thank all our American and European friends who help us achieve such results.

Thank you to all our air command fighters from the South, Center, East, and West, as well as anti-aircraft defense units of ground troops.

I thank all our rescuers, energy workers who will work around the clock to restore normal life for Ukrainians. Restoration works have begun across the country.

We will get through this too. We will restore everything.

Russia is standing against the world. Russia is losing on the battlefield. Russia terrorizes us and everyone it can reach. We will do everything to stop it!
