Yuri Zapyshotsky conducted meetings with representatives of UEFA, FIFA, and ECA focused on supporting Ukrainian football
During his foreign work trip, the general secretary and vice president of the Ukrainian Association of Football, Yuriy Zapysockyy, held meetings with European colleagues in Nyon and Paris. In particular, the representative of the UAF met with representatives of other European national associations, including those from Spain and Portugal, regarding support for a joint bid by Ukraine and these countries to host the 2030 World Cup.
During his foreign work trip, the General Secretary and Vice President of the Ukrainian Football Association, Yuriy Zapysochyy, held meetings with European colleagues in Nyon and Paris.
Specifically, a representative of the UAF met with representatives of other European national associations, including those from Spain and Portugal, regarding support for Ukraine's joint bid to host the 2030 World Cup. Yuriy Zapysochyy separately discussed organizational issues related to submitting the bid application with representatives of the European football union.
Furthermore, in Nyon, the General Secretary of the UAF met with colleagues from the Association of European Clubs (ECA). During the meeting, they discussed the association's support for social projects implemented by Ukrainian clubs in our country.
In Paris, at FIFA headquarters, Yuriy Zapysochyy held a working meeting with FIFA Director Elhnan Mammadov on European national associations issues. During the meeting, they discussed further implementation of FIFA Foundation programs and other humanitarian projects aimed at supporting Ukrainian football in wartime conditions.
