A total of 16 teams, including the two hosts, Georgia and Romania, will participate in the final stage. According to the final tournament draw results held today in Bucharest, blue-and-yellow teams were placed in Group B, where they will face Romania, Spain, and Croatia.

Matches involving 16 national teams will be held on four stadiums in Romania (two in Cluj-Napoca and two in Bucharest) and four in Georgia (in Batumi, Kutaisi, and two in Tbilisi). The opening match will take place in Romania, while the final will be played in Georgia.

The three best teams of UEFA Euro 2023 (excluding France and England) will receive tickets for the 2024 Olympics.

Through the draw (from Pot 4 to Pot 1) UEFA distributed teams that qualified for the final tournament into four groups of four teams each. After the group stage, two strongest teams from each quartet will advance to the quarter-finals.
